- Measuring and taking photos of each room
- Evaluating what furniture and decorative accessories are needed to fit the style of the home and the profile of the target buyer
- Collaborating with a furniture rental company that will fit your budget and home style
- Sourcing additional accessories such as bedding, throw pillows, towels and etc. needed for desired design
- Coordinating and presence on furniture delivery day aka Staging day
- Placing all of the accessories /art and setting the Stage
- Packing up our accessories, and supervising the removal of the renal furniture, when the property is sold
- Investment range $150 – $15,000

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
TURNING YOUR HOME INTO A MARKET - READY HOME
- In-home session, a full walk-through of the property
- Discussion of your goals, expectations and budget
- An assessment of furniture, accessories, room focal points, paint color, flooring condition, lightning adequacy, traffic flow, smells, clutter, curb appeal, and updates and repairs needed
- Completion of a detailed Room by Room Marketing Plan Report for those who want to DIY
- Proposal of staging and other services, including estimated costs, for those recommendations you don’t want to do yourself
- Room makeovers using existing furniture and decorative accessories
- Furniture rental or purchase, if necessary, to supplement existing furniture
- Hands-On Staging by complementing the style of the home and the profile of the target buyer using some of your existing furniture and newly purchased décor items
- Investment range $350- $4,000

- One of a kind photo-realistic technology used to create images of unlimited possibilities
- Images have to be high resolution at least 1MB and professionally taken
- Virtually Staged images: 1 – 5 days turnaround
